RETURN POLICY

Exchange or Store Credit Only

At this time, Stylush Boutique does not offer refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our store.

Store Credit:

While we do our best to inspect every item before shipping out, we do acknowledge human error. Therefore, we would gladly offer a store credit on defective or damaged items made by Stylush Boutique if applicable/acceptable. You will be required to send pictures and/or videos of your complaint. 

Items will be eligible for store credit if reported within 5 days from post marked delivery. 

How soon will I get my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If your return is approved, it will be processed, and a store credit in the form of a gift card will be emailed to you within 10 working days.

Exchange:

Please reach us at contact@stylushboutique.com to return your item(s) for an exchange if available. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item(s) to.

Items will be eligible for exchange if reported within 5 days from post marked delivery. 

Please note, the customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions: 

In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused, and with tags attached
  • No visible makeup, oil/lotion or deodorant on items.

*Clearance items, free gifts and promotional items are not returnable.
