Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Please Note: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Packages are not shipped over the weekend/holidays.
*Anything that weighs a pound or more, will automatically be shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use the correct abbreviations and be sure to have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you and try to resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, and you do not respond, your order will be cancelled and refunded to you.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. After your package is shipped, we do not have control over how long USPS takes to get it to you. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging or if the package is lost/stolen we are not responsible (through USPS--you will need to contact them and not Stylush Boutique to file a claim) Any questions or concerns, please contact USPS 800-275-8777.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Stylush Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
